American Law Institute Seminar – Temporary Takings Caused By Construction

MROD’s Anthony DellaPelle recently participated as a panelist at the 2018 annual American Law Institute – Continuing Legal Education’s “Eminent Domain and Land Valuation” seminar, held this year in Charleston, South Carolina. Tony’s presentation on “Temporary Takings Caused by Construction” focused on the issues that typically arise when property owners or occupants are subjected to temporary takings of their business properties caused by construction projects, and how they can best position themselves to ensure that they receive just compensation for these temporary takings.
