DellaPelle Returns As Guest on Eminent Domain Podcast

MROD’s Anthony F. DellaPelle recently returned as a guest on the Eminent Domain Podcast, where he discussed the “Current Status of COVID-Related Takings Litigation” with podcast host Clint Schumacher, a Texas attorney with the firm of Dawson & Sodd.  The podcast features regular interviews with eminent domain attorneys and others in the field from around the country.  This podcast interview followed the publication of an article which Tony authored entitled “Nearly a Year Later, Is COVID-19 Still a Public Health Emergency?”, published by the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation, and which is available here.
