The real estate market is dramatically changing, and it can be difficult to keep up with the many changes we are being presented. In a recent presentation with his alma mater, Franklin & Marshall College, Anthony DellaPelle, Esq., CRE® ’84, was joined by Paul Ajdaharian ’87, senior vice president at Simon Property Group; Caren Garfield ’94, director of development for Kimco Realty Corp. and Mitch Rudin, Esq. ’75, chairman and CEO of Savills North America to discuss the intersection of realty and law in today’s market, their insights into what to expect in a post-COVID world, and the challenges in real estate beyond 2021.
