State Bar Association Event on Eminent Domain
On November 15th, 2021, McKirdy, Riskin, Olson & DellaPelle Partner Anthony F. DellaPelle will moderate a webinar entitled “Eminent Domain: 2021 Update” hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, which is a division of the New Jersey State Bar Association. This half day seminar will provide the latest updates on eminent domain, including a panel discussion on eminent domain issues raised by government actions during the pandemic, such as ordering business closures and issuing eviction or foreclosure moratoria. It will also review significant federal and state case law related to eminent domain.
Mr. DellaPelle practices exclusively in the area of eminent domain, condemnation, redevelopment law, and real estate tax appeals and is the sole New Jersey representative for the Owners’ Counsel of America, a national association of leading eminent domain lawyers across the country.
