Anthony DellaPelle interviewed regarding use of eminent domain for affordable housing project

MOUNT OLIVE TWP. – Mayor Robert Greenbaum said the township has no other choice but to use its power of eminent domain to buy a deteriorating, former nursing home in Budd Lake and convert it into housing for low- and moderate-income families. The Cobblestone Health Care Facility on Stonewald Court has been empty since it was closed in 2008 as a result of an agreement with the state.
