Buonocore Interviewed Regarding Beach Access Litigation

McKirdy & Riskin’s Jack Buonocore was recently interviewed regarding the efforts of Long Beach Township to obtain access easements on private property. As mentioned, the lawsuit alleges that the township targeted the plaintiffs’ property because they refused to sign separate easement documents permitting the government to take part of their property and use it for the construction of a new sand dune.
