DellaPelle quoted in American Bar Association article

McKirdy & Riskin’s Anthony DellaPelle was interviewed and quoted in an article in the March, 2014 edition of the American Bar Association Journal. The article, which focuses on the possible use of eminent domain to seize underwater mortgages in various places around the country, includes comments from DellaPelle regarding the possible problems that these efforts may face in litigating the matters in the proper venues, because these potential takings do not involve takings of real estate, but rather mortgage loans.
