DellaPelle to Speak at American Law Institute Conference

McKirdy & Riskin’s Tony DellaPelle will once again be a panelist at the annual Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Conference, presented by the American Law Institute. This year’s conference will be held at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans from January 23 to 25, 2014. Tony will be speaking on “Condemnation Issues in the Aftermath of Natural Disasters”, and will also present on “Damages and Benefits in Partial Takings Cases” in the Condemnation 101 session of this annual conference.
