McKirdy & Riskin attorneys to lead NJICLE Eminent Domain seminar

Two of McKirdy & Riskin’s partners will be leading a seminar for New Jersey’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education on September 23, 2014 entitled “The Fundamentals of Eminent Domain” at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick. Tony DellaPelle will be serving as the program chair and will be speaking on the eminent domain and relocation process. Jack Buonocore will be delivering the case law update.
