McKirdy & Riskin’s Anthony DellaPelle interviewed and quoted by Star-Ledger’s MaryAnn Spoto
McKirdy & Riskin’s Anthony DellaPelle was recently interviewed and quoted by the Star-Ledger’s MaryAnn Spoto in her article regarding an appellate court’s decision to uphold a $375,000 jury award for a Harvey Cedars couple who claimed that a beach replenishment project reduced the value of their oceanfront home, because it ruined their ocean view. The case was the latest of beach replenishment cases along the Jersey shore, where municipalities have been using federal funds to rebuild beaches and sand dunes by pumping sand onto the shore to push back against the tide. The recent Star-Ledger story is available here.
