Jon Ferrari III

Jon Ferrari is an associate focused on eminent domain and property tax appeal matters. Before joining McKirdy Riskin in 2024, Jon served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jonathan A. Orsen, J.T.C., of the Tax Court of New Jersey.

Jon earned his B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, in 2017 and his M.B.A. in 2018 from Quinnipiac University. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023. While in law school, Jon participated in the ABA Law Student Tax Challenge, where he researched and developed solutions for complex tax issues. During his final semester, he externed for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.

With his strong background in finance and tax law along with valuable judicial experience, Jon is well-equipped to advocate for property owners throughout New Jersey.
